At Taos Endurance, our passion for sports started at a young age. Bruce Gomez, director, has been a runner all of his teen and adult life and has been organizing and directing road races since 1984, when he and Jesse Castañeda, organized the first Taos Marathon races. Since then, hundreds of runners from around the US and the world have enjoyed running in the clear skies and fresh air of Taos, New Mexico and its environs. In 2024, the Taos Marathon celebrates its 37th year. We hope you'll join us.

Under the direction of Bruce Gomez, owner and founder of Taos Marathon Racing, LLC, and a multitude of volunteers, we bring a variety of running events to northern New Mexico. We welcome sponsors and donors who believe in the power of running and sport to change lives and bring healthy activities to local communities.
